## Architecture
- Python package: `catopt_swarm`

## Contribution Rules
- Keep changes minimal and deterministic.
- Prefer validated models over ad-hoc dicts.
- Preserve the top-level compatibility shims unless there is a strong reason to remove them.
- Update `README.md` and this file if the architecture changes.
